Well... this took a while @w@ And I've owed this picture for months now XDDD It's for Evy. 
it's her character/herself Evy 8D
Soooo she's half Swallow bird (those little cute birdies that fly around on the baseball fields with the long flowy tails
) and can also talk to swallow tail butterflies! *punched*
Yup
the feathers in her hair and jeans just float there. Just like her wings 
sorry for lame star effect xD
